Chocolate waffles

INGREDIENTS
- OKONO vegan milky chocolate
- 25g cocoa powder
- 45g erythritol
- 45g almond flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
- 1 teaspon baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 45ml full cream
- pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix the almond flour with the erythritol and cocoa powder.
- Add in the vanilla powder, baking powder and a pinch of salt and mix well.
- Add the eggs and whole cream.
- Mix everything well.
- Heat your waffle iron and grease it with ghee or coconut oil.
- Put the batter in the waffle iron and immediately top with pieces of OKONO chocolate.
