Christmas cookies

INGREDIENTS
- 120g almond flour
- 65g erythritol
- 60g melted butter
- 1,5 teaspoon vanilla powder
- pinch of salt
- pinch of cinnamon
- 50g Vegan milky chocolate
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil

INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 175°C.
- Mix the almond flour with the spices, sweetener, melted butter and vanilla extract.
- Shape it into a ball of dough.
- Let the dough rest in the fridge for an hour.
- Roll out the dough and cut out your favorite Christmas shapes.
- Bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes in the oven.
- Let the cookies cool down completely.
- Melt Vegan milky chocolate with coconut oil.
- Spread the chocolate over the cookies and let harden in the fridge.
