Our best recipe for Christmas cookies.
  • INGREDIENTS

    • 120g almond flour
    • 65g erythritol
    • 60g melted butter
    • 1,5 teaspoon vanilla powder
    • pinch of salt
    • pinch of cinnamon
    • 50g Vegan milky chocolate
    • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • INSTRUCTIONS

    • Preheat the oven to 175°C.
    • Mix the almond flour with the spices, sweetener, melted butter and vanilla extract.
    • Shape it into a ball of dough.
    • Let the dough rest in the fridge for an hour.
    • Roll out the dough and cut out your favorite Christmas shapes.
    • Bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes in the oven.
    • Let the cookies cool down completely.
    • Melt Vegan milky chocolate with coconut oil.
    • Spread the chocolate over the cookies and let harden in the fridge.
