
Cracker wrap

INGREDIENTS
- OKONO Crackermix
- 150 gram cottage cheese
- 1/2 cucumber
- fresh dill
- peper
- salt

INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix the cottage cheese with dill and season with salt and pepper. Also add half a cucumber (cut into pieces).
- Mix the OKONO Crackermix with 300ml of water and salt.
- Use a little of the mix and place on a baking sheet. Cover with another baking sheet and roll out into a wrap.
- Bake in a pan for about 10 minutes with baking paper underneath.
- Let cool completely.
- Spread a layer of the mixture on each wrap.
