Crackers with tuna salad

INGREDIENTS
- 1 can of water-based tuna
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (sugar-free, preferably made with avocado oil)
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 1 small pickle, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped herbs (parsley, dill)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- pepper and salt
- OKONO Crackermix

INSTRUCTIONS
- Make the OKONO Crackermix according to the preparation instructions.
- Drain the tuna well and put it in a bowl.
- Add the mayonnaise and mustard and mix well.
- Add the chopped pickle, herbs and garlic powder.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Stir everything well until smooth.
- Top the crackers with the tuna salad.
