INGREDIENTS
- 100g almond flour
- 50g coconut flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 20g cocoa powder
- 50g erythritol
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 140g melted butter
- 1 egg
- 50g OKONO Vegan milky chocolate
- coarse sea salt (for garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and erythritol in a bowl.
- Beat the egg and add it to the dry mixture along with the melted butter and vanilla extract. Stir well.
- Break the Vegan milky chocolate into small pieces and add to the mixture.
- Mix until a firm dough forms.
- Make small balls of the dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Lightly press them flat.
- Sprinkle the cookies with a pinch of coarse sea salt.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
- Let the cookies cool on a wire rack.
