Strawberry gazpacho with Cocoa Power granola

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 250g strawberries
    • 2 large tomatoes
    • 1/4 cucumber peeled
    • 1/4 red onion
    • 35ml mild olive oil
    • 30ml red wine vinegar
    • pinch of salt
    • Cocoa Power granola
  • INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Chop the strawberries, tomatoes, cucumber and red onion.

    2. Put all the ingredients together with the olive oil, red wine vinegar and salt in a blender.

    3. Blend until smooth and top with our Cocoa Power granola.
