Summer toast


Zomer toast


  • 1 avocado
  • 1 breadmix
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 tbls lemon juice
  • Salt, peper, oregano
  • Zucchini
  • bell pepper
  • eggplant
  • olive oil
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs


  • Mix all the ingredients for the bread mix together and make
    your OKONO bread according to the directions on the
  • Cut your vegetables of choice into small pieces and fry in
    a pan with 1 tbsp ghee or coconut oil until golden brown.
  • Season with salt, pepper and oregano.
  • Make your guacamole: mash the flesh of an avocado flat,
    season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice and add ½
    finely chopped red onion to it.
  • Boil your eggs.
  • Top your slice of OKONO bread with a layer of guacamole,
    vegetables and the egg. Enjoy!
