INGREDIENTS
- 1 avocado
- 1 breadmix
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 tbls lemon juice
- Salt, peper, oregano
- Zucchini
- bell pepper
- eggplant
- olive oil
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix all the ingredients for the bread mix together and make
your OKONO bread according to the directions on the
packaging. - Cut your vegetables of choice into small pieces and fry in
a pan with 1 tbsp ghee or coconut oil until golden brown. - Season with salt, pepper and oregano.
- Make your guacamole: mash the flesh of an avocado flat,
season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice and add ½
finely chopped red onion to it. - Boil your eggs.
- Top your slice of OKONO bread with a layer of guacamole,
vegetables and the egg. Enjoy!
