Mix all the ingredients for the bread mix together and make your OKONO bread according to the directions on the packaging.
Cut your vegetables of choice into small pieces and fry in a pan with 1 tbsp ghee or coconut oil until golden brown.
Season with salt, pepper and oregano.
Make your guacamole: mash the flesh of an avocado flat, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice and add ½ finely chopped red onion to it.
Boil your eggs.
Top your slice of OKONO bread with a layer of guacamole, vegetables and the egg. Enjoy!
