INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggs
- 115ml coconut milk
- 3 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 30g erithrytol
- 90g coconut flour
- pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 50g OKONO white chocolate
- 50g OKONO milky chocolate

INSTRUCTIONS
- Beat 2 eggs.
- Add coconut milk, coconut oil and vanilla extract.
- Now also add erithrytol along with coconut flour, a pinch of salt and baking powder.
- Mix well.
- Cut chocolate into small pieces and mix under the dough.
- Pour batter into a baking mold with baking paper.
- The dough is quite dry. Wet your hands a little and press well.
- Place in a 175 degree oven for 20 minutes.
