Crackers with zucchini hummus
Delicious gluten free crackers with courgette hummus. Perfect for lunch or apero.

INGREDIENTS
- Crackermix
- 500g zucchini
- 2 tablespoon tahini
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
- Peel and slice the zucchini.
- Cook the zucchini until soft (about 5-7 minutes).
- Place the cooked zucchini, tahini, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, cumin powder, paprika powder, salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper in a food processor.
- Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Taste the hummus and adjust the spices to taste.
- Serve the hummus with the OKONO crackers.
