Mini hamburger

Perfect for an apero or family dinner.
  • INGREDIENTS

    • Stone Age Bread
    • 4 eggs
    • 50ml olive oil
    • pinch of salt
    • 500g minced meat
    • 1 clove garlic
    • 1/2 red onion
    • 1 egg
    • salt
    • italian herbs
    • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
    • tomatoes
    • cucumber
    • cheddar cheese
  • INSTRUCTIONS

    • Make the Stone Age Bread according to the instructions.
    • Mix minced meat with garlic, finely chopped red onion, egg, a pinch of salt, Italian seasoning and coconut flour.
    • Make mini burgers and fry in a pan.
    • Put the cheddar cheese on the burger and let it melt.
    • Cut out pieces of toast from the bread as big as your burger.
    • Top your toast with a slice of tomato, cucumber and red onion.
